Dapeng Bay Marina Ferry Information Zone

Dapeng Bay Marina has 51 berths, divided into 3 berths in Zone A, 15 berths in Zone B, 19 berths in Zone C, and 14 berths in Zone D, with sizes ranging from 30ft, 40ft, 60ft, and 70ft, available for yachts, sailboats, ferries, and lagoon tour boats. Fee Schedule

  1. I. Zone A berths are 70 ft.
  2. II. Long-term lease (water and electricity charged separately): For berths exceeding the vessel length, an additional NT$500 per foot will be charged. Details are as follows:
    Example 1: A 70 ft vessel mooring at a 70 ft berth has a rent of NT$35,000. (If the vessel length is 75 ft, the extra length is 5 ft, 5 ft * NT$500 = NT$2,500). Original rent NT$35,000 + NT$2,500 = NT$37,500 / per month.
    Example 2: A 60 ft vessel mooring at a 70 ft berth is charged the minimum rent of NT$35,000 / per month.
  3. III. Short-term rental: NT$1,500 / day (water and electricity included).
  4. IV. Long-term lessees have the right of first refusal to renew the lease upon expiration.
  5. V. Furthermore, according to the lease discount announcement, long-term lessees (including 1 month) receive a 40% discount on the original rent, 45% for half a year, and 50% for one year.

  5. V. This zone is only available for vessels operating Dapeng Bay lagoon tours.
