To ensure tourist safety and strengthen the Administration's prevention and rapid response to incidents—aiming to eliminate or minimize harm—a disaster and accident reporting system has been established. The procedures and contact information for relevant emergency units are listed below.

At the scene of an accident, attraction operators or members of the public should call 119 to request rescue services. The Dapeng Bay Administration and Liuqiu Management Station will immediately establish an Emergency Response Team and contact local police stations, fire departments, hospitals, and other units to handle the emergency.
