Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area

 As many national freeways and expressways are prone to congestion during long holidays try an alternative route by taking the Shuidiliao fork from Provincial Freeway 1 to Provincial Freeway 17.

In order to ease heavy southbound traffic on Provincial Freeway 1, take the left lane on Yongxiang Road and turn left along Pingnan Road (full road width) to connect to Provincial Freeway17, as an alternative route for Provincial Freeway 1 southbound traffic heading to Taitung and Hengchun.

In order to ease northbound traffic congestion at Shuidiliao intersection, vehicles bound for Provincial Freeway 17 should go straight to Provincial Freeway 1, turn left at Yongxiang Road and take the right lane, as an alternative to Provincial Freeway 1 northbound traffic heading to Donggang and Linbian.

People are encouraged to use public transportation more frequently when visiting various sightseeing spots.
